2nd Device that doesn't work

Hi,<br> I bought a Polaroid Slap MP3 Player PMP75-4PK on 19 July 2015.<br> I charged it on 20 July 2015 and loaded music on it, and it didn't want to switch on.<br> I took it back on 21 July 2015 and they exchanged it, when I got home and put it on charge it won't charge.<br> I will have to go back to the store AGAIN today and exchange it.<br> This is really ridiculous and would like some clarity as to why there are so many problems with this item.<br> I was so excited about this product but now its really becoming a hassle for me just to get the thing to turn on.
