Wrist band exchange - VERY impressed

I notified Polar SA a bit over a year after I purchased my M400, that its wrist band has been deteriorating. A also provided a photo. I submitted the proof of purchase yesterday as they requested, and this morning 9:00 a new wrist band was delivered to my door! Well done guys, that's awesome service!
