The best service!

I have recently had many dealings with call centers, and every time I hang up, usually very frustrated, I ask myself 'why can't they just be like Polar?' There have been several occasions that I've needed to call Polar in the last couple of years to get assistance or issues resolved. Each time, I've dealt with a competent person, who is friendly and patient, and has helped efficiently in getting the issue sorted out. I'm left feeling satisfied that I've been LISTENED to and not frustrated at having to explain myself 10 times before the person on the other end of the line understands what I'm asking. Each time I've dealt with Polar, I think to myself "Why can't all call centers be like this?" Please keep up this great service.
