Polar V800 Issues

Okay so now I'm on my second Polar V800, the first one was replaced due to its inability to pick up any heart rate monitor and also the waterproof seal broke. I was at first pretty impressed by the service of Polar when they replaced the product but now my happiness for this product is turning to anger. I have had to factory reset the watch on two occasions now as the firstly it would no longer pick up GPS signal and then on the second all my sports preferences would be deleted on the watch even though they appeared on my setting on the Polar Flow website. Now my major issue with the watch is its inability to charge. I have checked my charger with another friends watch and it works perfectly but it will not charge my watch unless I am pressing the charger down on it. I have tried to use a different charger but the same result occurs. Tonight I tried again but it tells me charging is complete even though it is less that a quarter charger. At this point I am a bit stuck on what to do.
