Polar V800 and Total Sports

I baught a V800 from Total sports Mall of the North less than a year ago. The watch charging strap stopped working and as a obvious result the watch could not charge. In tandem, the waterproof seal broke and the inside starting misting. Handed the watch back to TS in Lephalale and was not sent to Polokwane right away in fact 2 weeks after it only landed in Polokwane. The turnaround time I was told was supposed to be 3 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and still no word on progress. As a client I am left with no training watch due to design flaws and Ill customer service from Total Sports. Disappointed!
