Polar doesn’t treat disabled people with dignity!

Talk about pathetic service. I’m mentally disabled and nothing is natural for me. I messaged Polar and the promise a response but after days I haven’t heard a thing even though I can see they are online. For a normal person that’s frustrating, but for a brain damaged person it feels as if Polar is making a mockery of me!
