Hi, over the weekend we bought a 50 box of your Bubblegum Ice lollies, at the store in Lake Road - The polar store...

And very upsetting - it didn't taste like the bubblegum lollies at all - tasted somewhat like a dish washing something - that's the best way to describe the taste.

I no longer have the slip - as i didn't know that I would need it.

Please advise what can be done.
