Exceptional service

Hello Peter,

Just a brief note for me to praise the exceptional end-to-end service offered by the IHF Polar team in Midrand.

My V800 watch was replaced with a brand new unit under warranty, without questions asked. Plus, the product was promptly delivered to my doorstep, by the team - in person, at no extra cost.

It would be unfair for me no to call-out the names: Gideon and Pieter Swemmer.
