Poor customer service

I'm a regular customer of Polar Ice Cream. Recently I bought Cannoli Wafer biscuit ice cream which was stale. I complained to the Head Office and haven't heard from them in over a week. I'm very disappointed with their poor customer service in dealing with complaints.
