POLAR ICE CREAM MIDDELBURG TOWN
We went to Polar on Sunday morning, it was after 8, they were still cleaning carpet in the parking area, floors wet, then we entered and asked about the waffle ice cream. They did not want to help, said their machine is cold. When I said I will go to the other Polar, the lady said HAVE FUN.. This is not acceptable, we are regular clients, the boss or owner just stood their, did not say anything.. GOOD LUCK!!! You wont see me again AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD OF YOUR NON EXISTANCE SERVICE!!! One less customer, and if you carry on like that, ALOT LESS!!

Stock issues
Terrible service always no stock,should close down ,waste of time supporting them when they give a **** about customers feedback and always out of products,they should shove their ice-cream where the sun don't shine

Kids and adults favourite ice cream. Very happy with the dhlamini junction branch. About time Soweto had a branch of it's own.

Dlamini Junction Rude lady
Dlamini Junction- what a bad customer service from the lady at the till..She was being rude for no reason when I asked her if I’m allowed to change flavour of ice cream after paying, she just looked at me and called the next customer without responding. That was rude.

Dlamini Junction- what a bad customer service from the lady at the till..She was being rude for no reason when I asked her if I’m allowed to change flavour of ice cream after paying, she just looked at me and called the next customer without responding. That was rude.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE @POLAR ICE CREAM MITCHELL'S PLAIN
I have neeever come across such a RUDE, impolite and ill-mannered person in my life. Not sure if the guy is a manager or what but his behaviour is appalling. Not only is he rude to the customers but the staff as well. He got so angry because I had many coins and said he doesn't have time for people who had 'change' because I'm an inconvenience to his customers. After that he left me hanging and told my cousin there was no more Strawberry sensation but a minute later he got angry at one of the staff members that he sold us the very same Strawberry sensation that was apparently ''no more". He continued to swear the guy and said that the Strawberry sensation was for his customers. The other day he got into a dispute with some ladies because of his disgusting behaviour. Instead of telling them nicely to please queue outside he got angry and started insulting them. His behaviour is totally unacceptable he can't be working with people and continue to behave as if he's working with animals. Not even animals deserve that kind of behaviour. @Polar ice cream you really need to do something about this, imagine your entire day being ruined by someone when you're already going through a lot only because he thinks it's okay to behave like that. He is nothing compared to the other staff members because they are so nice and friendly. This guy needs to be dealt with

Poor Quality cones at Polar Ice cream
Firstly , I would like to mention that I absolutely love the ice cream, the quality and the price points My gripe is that when you purchase a standard cone for the soft serve five out of ten times it leaks from the bottom of the cone ,which destroys the ice cream experience I have brought this to the attention of the manageress at the Woodmead branch and she suggesting swopping to a sugar cone which adds 100 % more to the cost of the ice cream or alternatively she suggests buying a better quality cone from the shelf in 12 or 24's So that means that Polar instead of improving the quality of their standard cones , knowingly sell defective /poor quality cones I buy from the woodmead branch about 4 times a week
