complaint against a shop

This shop is our area in Proclamation Hill. we are having an issue with the way the mistreat us. They talk roughly and rudely to customers and when we do defend ourselves they tell us not to come to the shop. They have been doing this all the time and because they the only shop nearby they mistreat us . what makes it worse they are not even south Africans but they treat us South African badly.
