No communications and no delivery

I love supporting local, but Pola the Label is making this very difficult to do. Its been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received any communication from them whether my parcel (the prettiest dress which I was so excited about) is on it’s way or not. Shocking service from their side - even after I have sent multiple emails, dm’s and tried phoning their mobile number.

I am just really disappointed that they manage a business with so much potential, so horrifically.
