Item was purchased online. 3 weeks and no delivery. Contacted them- who promised the item would be shipped that Thursday. We are 2 weeks down the line- no courier/tracker details. Contacted them again requested tracking number or refund. NO comment in return. Very disappointed, as I believe in supporting local companies, especially woman run businesses.
