Urgent assistance

I made reservations for the 8th to the 11th of July 2021 via booking.com. I checked on my account they had already deducted the fees. On their website it's states that you pay at the hotel. The 27th the president announced that we are moving to level 4. I am in Gauteng we are not allowed to leave Gauteng for leisure. I have tried to call them no one is answering. I want to move my date to when the restrictions are lifted.
