Point waterfront apartments unhygienic roach infested non refundable and offers you DOOM can spray to stay over

Worst experience. Host doesn't answer and uses wrong building name(point waterfront apartments does not exist.)Then checks you in at another building after 8pm when we calling from 6pm. Room infested with roaches and offers me doom spray.We left the building within 10 minutes and booked elsewhere and haven't received a refund or response in over a month.Pictures will be uploaded soon.Agoda hasn't helped much.be carefull point waterfront is a *******!!
