Not a pleasant experience !

<p>We made a booking for 3 .</p> <p>We only received 2 towels - no extra bedding or pillows for the sleeper couch for my teenager daughter.</p> <p>We were welcomed with a blocked sink & to top it all of -This unit has only one mirror - that's in the bathroom - that's very dark - with no light ..so the light is a necessity.</p> <p>After endless calls /complains and emails - the light was still not fixed !</p> <p>I called to complain to the ownwer - who is yet to call me back .</p> <p>Bad service !</p>
