Inconsiderate Durban Point Waterfront Apartments Management

Point Waterfront Apartments Management refused to accommodate me after I had asked to change dates for my stay because of the Corona Virus outbreak. I am suppose to travel with my 7yr old son whom I’m worried his immune system. They said that there is nothing that they can do! It’s short notice to postpone.

If that’s the case I rather have my money back on full. I am not canceling I just wanted to change dates from 23-26 March 2020 to 03-05 October 2020

Is that too much to ask? Clearly our health isn’t important to them, all they want is our money.
