URGENT FEEDBACK REQUIRED

Mariam advised me on the 14 th of April to put one front shock absorber and the other will arrive in a week. And took a deposit for it. Now when I call she isn't returning my calls. When I went into the store for feedback on ETA. She is raising her voice and asked me to leave. Further to this they have broken my wiper arm during fitment of the first shock. So now I'm driving a car that isn't road worthy.
