Poor service

Point-S Sunningdale. Today was my third attempt with Point-S, after I have been turned away twice because they were too "busy"! I called on Monday to make arrangements for my car to repaired on Saturday. The guy I spoke to gave me an estimated quote and said I should bring my vehicle by 08h00 on Saturday. I obliged, dropped off the vehicle at 08h00 and went home. After 10h00 I received a call stating that they are too busy to work on my vehicle and that I should collect it. On arrival a different employee stated that they are too busy and they were too many people before me I should have brought my car earlier. Obviously I could see that there were many being serviced, cars which were not there when I delivered my car. Clearly you do not want my business as this was the third time!!! I am utterly disgusted with the service provided. I will not recommend this business to anyone!
