Wheel Fell Off After Tire Replacement – No Accountability from Tygervalley Branch

On 25 April 2025, I had my vehicle’s tires replaced at Point S TygerValley branch. Shortly after leaving, my wife reported an unusual sound from the wheels and called the staff member who assisted us. No follow-up or action was taken.

A few days later, after the car had been stationary, the car was driven again—and shockingly, a wheel fell off entirely while in motion. The cause? -As we then found out- was LOOSE WHEEL NUTS. 3 of the 4 had come completely off!!!! This is an extreme safety hazard and a clear indication of negligence in the service provided.

What’s worse is that since reporting the issue, management has taken no responsibility or accountability, and no serious effort has been made to address or resolve the matter. Enough time has been given for a proper response, and still, we’ve received none.

I could say more but I think I’ve made my point. Careless, arrogant and a lack of care for others and life itself. Be VERY careful when using them.
