2 star deserved

After requesting a regular service, then they making it a major service that wasn't necessary, and ignition replacement (what it was booked in for). Nearly R8000 spent on ignition and regular service a small 1400 car. The least they could do is leave the left-over oil and coolant. They replaced my battery (which was working fine) for a new one, and not even washing my car. To be fair, I'm happy with the functionality after what's needed to be done (apart from what wasn't needed), the overcharge on line items and not going that extra mile with certain things. That's my reason for 2 star. Would not really recommend.
