HORRIBLE!! - The Point Hotel Mossel Bay

What a horrible place to live in. We came here and firstly there is no parking. You literally have to park in an open space. They haven't even got designated parking for their guests. Secondly, the room was horrific! Nothing like the pictures on the website. It was dirty and not well maintained. The roof was leaking. Thirdly, the TV had no channels. They decided when to play the channels and which ones to play. So you couldn't even watch anything. Fourthly, the service!! The service was out of hand. You couldn't get hold of anyone for any sort of assistance, the reception was always empty. Security. There was zero security!! No a security guard in sight for the cars or the hotel!! Have you ever heard of anything more ludicrous!!

Last and not least, this place is false advertising!! Nothing they say or what you see is what you will receive. The only thing that is true is the location.

The food is awful!! This is NOT a 4 Star hotel!! This is one of the worst places you will ever find. Please do not stay here and if you can, report these guys to the Ombudsman!!
