Point. B Digital Marketing - No good so far
Andrew was the person who came out to see us, and yes, we were impressed with his proposal. This was a few months back. We've paid for the Google page in 2019 as well as 3 months of advertising. We've been told that the page is live early 2020. But when we check to see, it is not. Then Point. B comes back with all sorts of excuses, just to inform us it is live again. But, when you check, it is not!
I will seriously suggest you do not use this Company unless you want to pay a lot of money for absolutely NO service. Service walks out the door with the Sales Rep. I still do not know if this page will ever be live. I have checked again this morning...nothing. We have sent a inquiry regarding this again today, and will wait to see what the excuse is this time round. To sum it up, R3000 later, and nothing to show. Do not let their smooth-talking Sales Rep fool you! Once youve' paid, everything goes South!

Although I still feel we paid way too much in the beginning, I have to say that Andrew and the team did respond in a positive manner. We are currently using them to do our google advertising and it is going okay. Andrew is trying his best to make up for what went wrong in the beginning, and we are relatively happy with the site. I think at this point it is a lack of communication between the team designing the site and the ones talking to the client. But, overall, we are happy to say that the issue has been resolved.
