Pioneertackle

I take this time to talk about pioneertackle and my experience I bought a bass fishing combo kit at one of there retail stores inless than a month the rod broke during a fishing trip it got send in and I'm still waiting on information nun the less I bought another rod from the same suppliers and two weeks later It broke in the same fashion as the first rod...so a consumer I say to pioneertackle I want my rods replaced or my Money back and for the retail store I bought it from called fishermans corner for not exchanging or making any attempt In there case to help me as a consumer but instead blaming me for miss use of the fishing rod .... absolutely no customer service
