What an absolute pleasure!

Our Journey with Poggenpoel was streamline from beginning to end. Damian was always professional yet friendly at the same time. The service you receive from Poggenpoel makes you feel like royalty. My engagement/wedding ring was designed and purchased through another private jeweller who passed away a few years ago. About a year ago we noticed that my centre Diamond is loose, so we put it in the safe. We contacted various Jewellers for a resetting of the Diamond and all of them advised that my ring would need to be redesigned. After a few referrals we made an appointment with Damian at Poeggenpoel on 24 November and took my ring with, brainstormed with a few ideas and decided to redo the ring the same but just more refined and petit as my old design was very chunky, untidy and rough. I also had a wedding band attached which we decided to remove. Within less than a week we received a digital design and quote after which we gave the go ahead. Due to the festive season, we all decided to rather start with the ring in January 2024 when Poggenpoel reopened. We collected my ring 19 January with a new valuation certificate and I am over the moon. My ring looks like a dream. Pure perfection. I would recommend Poggenpoel Jewellers over and over again!
