Total satisfaction

Last year I was exposed to a challenge trying to get a custom made engagement ring remotely from Seychelles to be picked up in Johannesburg. After all it was much easier then I thought because I was lucky to have Cindy as consultant. She immediately responded to my general inquiry e-mail and then to tens of the subsequent ones. The pick up itself was well arranged and the only thing left was the engagement itself that was easy too with such a beautiful ring. Lastly, before leaving South Africa we decided to ask Cindy if we can adjust the ring a size smaller and we didn’t put any hope to it since it was very shortly before our flight. But guess what? She did it!
