Storm is the Ideal Consultant!

When it came to making a 7th and final ring decision after 20 years of marriage, I took a lot of time to investigate the different manufacturing jewelers in JHB. I wanted something unique and a jeweler with whom I would 'click'. I saw a very unique design, the Egypt, on Poggenpoel's Instagram page (which by the way is every ring *****s dream page) - I sent an email and there it began.....4 months of Storm Milne keeping me entertained. She is very knowledgeable, sincere, funny and just all round what I wanted in a consultant to help me make the last and final decision. She sent endless emails with diamond prices and answered my endless emails about diamonds....this was going to be my last redesign of my ring and everything had to be perfect. If you are looking for someone that is going to answer your every question then Storm is definitely the consultant for you. I asked to see a few of the designs that they manufacture at Poggenpoel and it was so exciting to actually try on a ring and see what it will look like on your hand, many manufacturing jewellers will do the 3D sketches but you won't be able to see what the ring will look like on your finger. I immediately knew the Egypt was the ring for me and from there it was deciding on the diamond and type of Gold. All along Storm gave precise advise, while keeping our budget in mind. When a beautiful diamond went on special she immediately informed me and we could get the customization going - Marco made some updates for me and when I was finally happy we all rejoiced! I definitely know that I was a time consuming customer but I wanted everything to just be perfect, and the whole process has been just that. Something I appreciate about Poggenpoel jewellers is that they really try and work around your budget and they don't push you into spending more. They have manufactured my absolute dream ring which I am SO obsessed with! I would recommend them 150% - I shopped around and believe me they are the best in JHB. Thank you Storm for making this experience so magical for me, I'm in love with my Egypt and you played a pivotal part in me choosing Poggenpoel.
