Smooth experience, spectacular results!

Poggenpoel Jewellers were helpful from the start. And even though Maret only got on board some distance in due to the previous consultant leaving, she was dedicated in getting up to speed with what we wanted, remarkably patient with repeated requests to e-mail lists so we could find the perfect diamond, and meticulous and speedy with responding to all questions and concerns. In the end, the perfect ring was delivered - Poggenpoel and Maret have impressed us!
