Used Poggenpoel to design my fiance's engagement ring. 10/10 from service to execution. Maret Oosthuizen was my consultant. She called me the same day that I requested a quote. Within 4 days I had a 3D design for a custom ring and they started to make the rings right away. Good fair prices. Free shipping with insurance covered by them. Excellent quality ring. Would highly recommend this company. They resized the ring for free the first time and helped me last minute. Friendly staff all around. Service was just amazing. Very happy I chose them for the job.
