Engagement ring

My future bride and I embarked on our journey to find the ring she desired. Quite daunting I have to add with the numerous options available. Through trial and error we finally found Poggenpoel Diamonds online.

We made and appointment and were introduced to Maret. With her warm and joyful personality along with her professional approach it was a blessing. From the onset we knew we were at the right place. Maret and Mariska hit it off and even though I am still not sure how Maret understood exactly what Mariska wanted. We received our design a few days later which proved this. What further proved we were right in our choice was when I received an email from Johan the owner enquiring on our experience along with commenting that the ring is going to be beautiful. On Friday 16 July I could collect our ring and it surpassed our expectations.

All in all it was an fabulous experience dealing with Poggenpoel's and I want to thank Maret and Johan for making Mariska's ring a reality and it will be a constant reminder that there are still caring people who have a passion for their work and customers.
