Having not known anything about diamond jewelry, Poggenpoel were able to help me choose an engagement ring and then wedding bands for myself and my partner. They helped explain and choose what was important with very quick correspondence (we exchanged over 100 emails). the rings are spectacular and have really added to our adventure as a married couple. After sales service and cleaning etc. have also been great. I couldn't recommend Poggenpoel more.
