Amazing, helpful and informative service with a beautiful ring at the end! 💍

WOW. It’s the first time I’ve ever looked at or wanted to buy an engagement ring/wedding band so it was a scary thought, but once I approached Poggenpoel, I was just blown away by the service and care that was taken towards me! I had contacted them a while back regarding a ring design, then had to pause due to situations in my life but this year I saw an Ad about Poggenpoel, which reminded me to reach out to start the process again. To my surprise once I contacted them, Maret Oosthuizen reached out to me with all the previous info we had already done and she just picked up where we left off seamlessly to carry on with the procedure like we never stopped! Apart from her just making the restart of the process easy Maret herself was such a diamond on her own! She was helpful, informative, detailed and super helpful beyond words! She made sure to ask all the right questions about the ring, and made sure I was 110% satisfied before doing any payments. What I was so grateful for was I felt like she created a personal relationship with me and I didn’t just feel like another number.
