Last year 10 October 2022, I took my 11years old Daughter for Consultation at Dr S Namane’s Consultation rooms at 1781 Moshoeshoe Street Zone13 Sebokeng 1983.

He consulted my daughter and diagnosed her with LLB, promised to claim on my Medical Aid for The Devices that helps with that LLB. Truly He claimed on my medical aid on the 10/10/2022. I have Medical Aid Statement for the record. I waited for those Devices until January 2023 I received Medical Aid Statement saying He claimed again on the 12 January 2023. I went to his consultation rooms to ask about January claim. Dr Namane explained to me October claim was not enough to cover for those Devices. So he had to claim in January. I said okay it’s understandable.

Since from January till Today I haven’t received those Devices. My child condition hasn’t changed, now I buy Painkillers every month. Whereas he claimed for something my child doesn’t benefit from. April 2023 I did approach him about those devices, he promised me I will get those devices soon. On the 29 April Dr Namane sent message to me saying Next week Tuesday or Wednesday you’ll be getting your Daughter’s Devices. I waited until the 31May 2023 I received SMS from his PA. The sms was apologising for the delay.

Immediate I sended message to Dr Namane directly, I requested all the money he claimed from my Medical Aid because He can’t deliver or do his work Professional. He responded my sms Saying He will get back to me before Monday, monday which is 5June 2023. Until now I decide to get help from you..

I believe he’s taking advantage of me, because I’m a woman. He will forever playing games of excuses not considering My Child Health.
