Struggle a week now to exchange my second couch. This is very bad as i pay R8550 for my couch. Delivery R680

I bought a couch 2 months ago. The couch was not correct. They deliver second couch. Still not correct. Now i wait a week for my third one. Still nothing happens. I want my money back if they come back today. I made a lot of calls and drive to Strand. I stay i n Caledon Western Cape. Very bad experience. I paid cash!!!!
