Part Delivery missing and very bad service

I bought a tandem bed from Poco and asked for it to be delivered on the 4th of November which it was, but there were wooden slats missing from the second bed. I called and they said it would be delivered the following day. No phone call and no delivery. I got a courtesy call on the Sunday thereafter and I explained that I was not happy with the delivery and service received. I called again the following week and requested it be delivered and once again no delivery and no phone call. I called today and spoke to the person acting on behalf of the manager who was still not in at 11:30am!! and after being asked many times where I stay I informed him that I would collect it myself. Very poor Service!!
