Not delivered when promised

Bought a bookcase which was promised to be delivered the same day. Had to call in only to be very badly treated when asked when we could expect the delivery. Told cannot deliver same day and that we would have to wait for a phone call tomorrow to be advised when the delivery will be. Very very poor service. Also was told it comes assembled, only to be told after we purchased it that we must assemble as it comes in a flat pack.. my goodness who do they deal with that this is acceptable. Definitely would not go there again!
