Bad service

We purchased a cupboard last weekend. On Tuesday 29th of september, it would have been delivered but i had the proof of purchase with me. Now today when it must be delivered the last one in stock is damaged. Promise to give me discount on another purchase or i must wait for 3 Months for new one to come. So what happened to the cupboard of tuesday. And why must I now have to pocket out more money,
