Bad attitude & service from staff

Hi why dont you allow customera the option to post reviews? I have had an extremely bad review from POCO Sandown, Ricardo & Arthur in particular. They need to be taught customer service s****s before being placed in an environment where it is 99% customer service. Ricardo doesnt do what he says and then lies about what transpired in a conversation with the customer and Arthur his just plain rude wants to talk and scream over a customer on the telephone. Also doesnt keep to his word, he promised delivery first thing in the morning and that our delivery will be here at 09h45 sharp, the delivery guy however just called here now at 09h45 to confirm delivery for today, and advised that he will first be delivering to Parklands before coming to us. Apparently Arthur never passed this message onto Joseph. Pathetic service!!!
