windscreen rpplacement

<p>I submitted a claim for the windscreen replacement on the 18th April , I received and sms to say my claim is inprogress till now I havent received anything .I've been emailing requesting call back but no response and my windscreen is getting worse, the debit order goes off every month .</p>
