Unresolved claim

I was involved in an accident 4 weeks ago, the car was assessed but till now I'm waiting for the response from Pocketsure. I've been calling many times and told that the insurance is busy with the report. What kind of the report that will take so much time? I thought by having an insurance will make it easy for me in stressful times but it seems as if it is not like that. Can I get response regarding my claim please.<br> <br> After writing the above report last week they called me and tell me that I will receive a call yesterday 02/12/2015 of which it didn't happen, Is that how you treat your clients? Pocketsure keep quiet and ignore their clients. I regret the day I took the insurance with you and I will never advice anyone to use your services. It is very pathetic customer service. I don't want to hear the \sorry for the inconvenience caused"story"
