The worst Car Insurance you can ever find in SA

I am only the third party claiming through this insurance and my experience with them has been nothing short of pathetic. All documentation was submitted for the claim early December and apparently the person (Janine) who was working with the case never forwarded these docs to the relevant party and has since left the company. Now no one has bothered to check if this person had any incomplete cases, which she did and actually **** about submitting all documents. Now i am without a car for almost two months all because of terrible customer service from POCKETSURE and NO ONE ever available to take calls in ther call centre, i can only imagine how much more stress i would have if i was actually their client, which their client will now sadly most likely have to pay out of their pocket to fix my car. This insurance is the worst, DO NOT go for it if you have a choice!!!!
