Poor service
<p>good afternoon</p> <p>From the day of submitting my claim i have not recieved any feedback from pocketsure .I spoke to a guy named Andy Tucker who promised to call back but never did . I had to find out from the Body repair shop that my car has been written off and that Pocketsure was gone collect the car from them. This car still belongs to the bank the vehicle has not yet been settled how can they take the car? I had to phone them 10 times in the last 2 weeks everytime i phone i get no information yesterday i was told to get a settlement letter from my bank which i did Two minutes later i get a call from an investigator . I expect beter treatment from a service provider it is not just good enough to let outside investigators phone your customers when you yourself has not yet spoken to them regarding the claim. This company has dissapointed me i would never ever recommend them to anyone .. :( </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Ulrich</p>
