Outrageous Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Pocketsure Brokers. <br> <br> I lodged my claim for my ****** vehicle on 23 November 2015 and have been going back on forth on this matter with Andy Tucker and Janine Martin from Pocketsure. My claim was then referred to the underwriter Infiniti Insurance Walter Ngobene. Now it has been referred back to Pocketsure Janine Martins. I have spent several days and countless emails trying to get this matter resolved.<br> <br> How can it take 48 days and counting to process my claim? What does one do to get this matter resolved? <br> It is clear that Pocketsure is not serious about customer service.<br> <br>
