No response on a car claim
<br> I was involved in an accident 4 weeks ago, the car was assessed but till now I'm waiting for the response from Pocketsure. I've been calling many times and told that the insurance is busy with the report. What kind of the report that will take so much time? I thought by having an insurance will make it easy for me in stressful times but it seems as if it is not like that. Can I get response regarding my claim please.<br>
