Need to get my car

On the 8th of November 2015, I believe I had an accident, I susbsequently called pocketsure to have the car towed. After assessment, it turns out it was a mechanical breakdown and I need to take the car to renault to claim warranty. I tried to get the car from the panel beater (John Morrison) in order to tow to Renault, but was told there is a payment involved (R1300). I called the insurance to ask for this to be cleared so I can tow the vehicle. I was then assured by a lady (Dineo) that that because the panel beater towed the car, I do not have to pay the towing fees. She did call me on the 8th Dec to say she wont be at work on the 9th Dec and has emailed someone to call me. I did not get the call.<br> <br> I have been on the receiving end of the worst service ever. The problem is there is NO feedback forthcoming from pocketsure. To get any information, I need to call them, they have always promised to call back within 30 min but that has never materialised. I do think there is room for improvement and hence am on this platform as to try and get closure on this matter so I can have the car at Renault ASAP.
