Inefficient and ********** company

<p>Dear hellopeter,</p> <p>I was in an accident in January. Up to date Pocketsure is yet to pay the people I accidentally reversed into. I had to go to Court and represent myself because Pocketsure couldn't seem to settle it. I had to take leave to attend Court. The judge ruled in favour of the claimant and Pocketsure has still not made payment. I had to take out a loan to pay these people and am now forced to sue Pocketsure. <br /> <br />The legal representatives: A Mr. Gerrie Germishuys and Bernice don't answer there phone. I was also at one point dealing with a Andy Tucker and ********** <br /> <br />I was was told that Pocketsure is no longer under the admistration of Infiniti Insurance brokers and is now under the administration of First Touch Communications. Yet when I phone First Touch Communicatoins, they tell me that Pocketsure is not on there data base. <br /> <br />Some other inefficent people I have been dealing with is Nicie Dippenaar and Elaine Moriarty. There is also a women named Dindi who is supposedly the manager of Infiniti, yet she had no idea what my Mom was talking about when I asked her to please call on my behalf, as I was busy with patients.</p> <p>Please avoid this **********, ponzi company that hides behind various structures and agents to delay or escape paying out claims. </p> <p> </p> <p>Warm regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Justin Bowden</p> <p> </p>
