Debiting me before my payday

Hi<br> <br> Im with pocketsure for a year now and this is the first time I'm getting debited on the 26th when my payday is on the last day of the month... now I have extra bank charges because there aren't any funds for this debit.<br> <br> I have no airtime to call the agency and I hope I get all my bank charges back and something done about this
