Debit order went off after cancellation

Firstly, you cannot get their contact information online, when you go on their website it says [URL Removed] is not set up on this server\, no matter where I log in, I cannot find their website to do enquiries. <br> <br> I wanted to continue with them, but after I phoned and requested a call back, no one phoned, I then had to phone again, and yet again someone said that they will phone me back and then never did. This happened on more than one occasion. <br> <br> When trying to cancel my car insurance policy, I once again phoned in, left messages on 3 different occasions and at the end of January and until today (02/03/2016) still have not received any phone calls from them. I then had to get clever in getting their email address, and then requested on the 8th of February that my insurance policy should be cancelled, on the 9th of February Senelisiwe Nqadini at pocketsure read my email, but did not action or reply. On the 15th of February Donovan Reid read the cancellation email, and also did not action or reply on the email. <br> <br> Today the 3rd of March a debit order for R492.27 went off without my consent. Do not use this company!!!"
