Claim feedback

I can't believe that it has been close to 3 months and still my claim is not solved yet. Pocket sure is not giving me any feedback regarding my car, This is beyond my control and now I will be forced to go to my lawyers. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this insurance, it pathetic and very poor customer service.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
