Breach of Contract Access on panel beat unfair and

Hello Peter<br> <br> I have a complaint with Pocketsure.<br> <br> This week I had my car fixed at H& S Paarl at R10 000. This morning when I had to fetch my car at panel beaters I was told I had to pay R3000 before I can et my car.<br> <br> Pocketsure Insurance never ever explained this to me from the beginning I took the policy.<br> <br> I phoned this morning and they say they send this to me via mail recently.<br> <br> Please help me.<br> <br> What can I do in the meantime.<br> <br> Shaun<br> ***<br>
